Belgrade’s cultural heritage is rich but fragmented and often insufficiently presented in ways that engage modern audiences. Traditional static guides and linear tours do not meet the expectations of digitally native users who seek personalized, interactive, and context-aware cultural experiences. There is a need for adaptive digital tools that can tailor cultural recommendations based on user interests, language preferences, and location.

Beotura is developing an AI-enhanced recommendation system designed to personalize cultural content and tour suggestions within its existing digital platform and mobile application. The solution integrates structured heritage data with machine learning models to generate context-aware recommendations based on user interests, selected themes, language preferences, and geospatial signals.

The system is being designed to incorporate natural language processing for adaptive storytelling and dynamic content presentation. The AI layer will operate within a cloud-based infrastructure and integrate with the existing Beotura platform to enhance user engagement, improve discoverability of lesser-known sites, and support sustainable cultural tourism development.

Deployment is planned in phases, starting with rule-based personalization and expanding toward machine-learning-driven recommendation models.
